VELO STAR RETURN POLICY
All return requests must be processed on our website via your customer account. Please do not ship any items back to us without receiving prior approval. Any items returned without prior approval will not be guaranteed a credit or refund. Any merchandise that is missing pieces or damaged in transit must be communicated with your sales rep within 48 hours of receipt. If not communicated within 48 hours of receipt we are not responsible for damage or loss.
- 1. Only items approved for return may be returned. If approved, items must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase date.
- 2. Items must be undamaged and in new condition. Bikes/frames, components, etc are not eligible for return if they have been built, ridden, mounted, assembled or used in any manner, unless special approval has been granted.
- 3. Discontinued/Closeout/Sale items are not eligible for return.
- 4. All items will incur a 15% restock fee unless the item was a shipping error on our behalf or a manufacturer defect that we handle in-house.
- 5. Please allow fourteen business days for the credit to be applied to your account once the item has arrived at our warehouse.
- 6. Third party sellers are not eligible for returns unless warranty related.
